Our commitment is to ensure that every product you purchase matches its description and image and is free from any defects. If our customer happens to receive an item that doesn't fulfill this commitment, we offer a comprehensive solution in the form of a full refund or a suitable replacement.
15-Day Return Window (Starting from the Date of Receipt)
Our online platform provides an extensive array of products, accompanied by our steadfast delivery service and unwavering customer support. To further ease any concerns, we've extended our existing return policy to cover a span of 15 days from the date of receipt.
Two Convenient Return Methods:
- Pick Up: For most locations, we offer a convenient and cost-free pick-up service for returns. Customers will find a pick-up option available when submitting a return request.
- Self-Ship: If a pick-up service isn't accessible in your area, rest assured that we will reimburse your shipping costs as long as the returned product adheres to the terms and conditions of our return policy. To facilitate this process, please share a scanned copy of the receipt via email for verification.
Important Points to Note:
- We don't accept returns for garments that have been worn, laundered, or had their labels and tags removed.
- Please understand that returns and refunds are not applicable to Gift cards and downloadable products.
- Exchanges are feasible for a different size or color, contingent on availability. In case we are unable to fulfill your exchange request, a refund will be initiated.
- For hygiene reasons, kindly ensure that bodysuits and swimsuits are returned with their original hygienic protective strip intact.
- Note that panties and lingerie sets that include panties are deemed final sale and are not eligible for return.
