At SheLuxe, every piece is thoughtfully designed to make you feel confident and comfortable. We hope you love your purchase, but if you need assistance with sizing or receive a product with an issue, we’re here to help. 

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only. Returns are not accepted.

If you wish to exchange an item, please raise your request within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be free from stains, damage, perfume, or any signs of wear.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.


No Return & No Refund Policy

SheLuxe does not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. All purchases made through our website are considered final.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, we will gladly provide a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Please note: An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged product claims.


Non-Exchangeable Categories (Hygiene & Safety Products)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Panties (Briefs)
  • Lingerie Sets
  • Bra Straps

As these products fall under intimate wear categories, they cannot be accepted once sold.


Exchange Charges

To cover logistics and handling costs, a nominal fee of ₹100 is applicable for exchanges.

No exchange charges will be applied if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective item.
  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • Your order is incomplete.

How the Exchange Process Works

  1. Raise your exchange request within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Our team will review your request and get in touch with further instructions.
  3. A pickup will be arranged where service is available.
  4. If pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be requested to ship the product to us.
  5. Once the original item is received and passes quality inspection, your replacement item will be dispatched subject to availability.

We strive to make the process smooth and hassle-free.


If Something Isn’t Right

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing items:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photographs and an unboxing video for verification.
  • After review, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible as it enters the delivery process immediately.

We encourage customers to carefully review product details, sizing, and order information before placing an order.
