SheLuxe Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At SheLuxe, we design every piece with intention—so it feels just right when you wear it. But we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay. This policy is here to make the process simple, fair, and clear for you.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

If you’d like to request a return or exchange, please reach out within 5 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible, as we’re unable to process them beyond this window.

Condition of Items

We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges only if the product is sent back in the same condition it was delivered.

This means:

  • The item should be unused and unwashed
  • All tags must remain attached
  • It should be in its original packaging
  • The product must be free from stains, damage, or any signs of wear

If the item doesn’t meet these conditions, we may not be able to approve the request.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Intimate or innerwear categories (where applicable)
  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale
  • Items with missing or tampered tags

Exchange & Return Fees

As a small and growing brand, we keep our logistics as efficient as possible while maintaining service quality.

A small fee is applied to cover handling and courier costs:

  • Exchange Fee: ₹100
  • Return Fee: ₹150

These charges will be adjusted during the refund or exchange process.

That said, you won’t be charged anything if the issue is from our end—such as:

  • Receiving a damaged product
  • Getting a defective item
  • Receiving the wrong or incomplete order

Please note: For any damaged product claims, a clear unboxing video is required as proof to proceed with your request.

How the Process Works

Once you raise a request within the given timeline:

  • Once submitted, your request is checked, and we’ll reach out with further details
  • A pickup is arranged where service is available
  • If pickup isn’t possible, you may be asked to ship the item to us

We try to keep this as smooth and quick as possible.

Refunds

After we receive your return and complete a quality check:

  • Your refund is initiated within 5–7 working days
  • For prepaid orders, the amount is credited back to your original payment method
  • For COD orders, we’ll arrange a bank transfer or store credit
  • Please note that the time it takes for the amount to reflect can depend on your bank.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or a replacement:

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is picked up or returned
  • The new item will be shipped based on availability

We’ll always try to get your replacement to you as quickly as possible.

If Something’s Not Right

In case your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a missing item:

  • Let us know within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos so we can review quickly
  • We’ll take priority action—either a replacement or a full refund, at no extra cost to you

Order Cancellations

You’re free to cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched from our end.

Once dispatched, cancellations won’t be possible.

We reserve the right to decline returns if the product shows signs of use or doesn’t meet the conditions mentioned above. This helps us maintain quality for all our customers.
