Order Processing and Delivery
We initiate shipping promptly upon receiving items from our sellers. However, please note that this might not align with the exact date of your order. The minimum time taken for delivering an item is 4 days and at maximum, it can take 7 days. If you have inquiries about the lead time for a specific item, kindly reach out to us for clarification.
Once you've placed an order, an email confirming your order purchase will be sent to you shortly afterward. If this confirmation email doesn't appear in your inbox, we recommend checking your Spam folder. It's crucial to locate this email since the shipment notification and tracking information email are contingent on the order confirmation.
Important Points to Remember
- If a shipment reaches your destination and there's no response from your end, the shipment will be returned to its point of origin. In such instances, we will refund the product cost (including applicable customs charges), but shipping charges will not be refundable.
- Upon receiving your shipment, if you discover any missing products, kindly notify us within 3 days. If your order doesn't reach you within the given time frame, contact us immediately, Regrettably, concerns raised beyond this timeframe might not be accommodated.
In rare situations where a shipment might be returned due to incomplete consignee details, we will refund the product cost exclusively.
Cancellation Guidelines
Should you decide to cancel your order for personal reasons, please consider the following scenarios:
- Shipment that has been created/processed: Partial shipping fees will be deducted, and the rest of the amount will be refunded.
- Shipment Not Created/Processed by Seller: A full refund will be processed.
Please note that once a shipment has departed for your destination, cancellation is no longer possible.

In exceptional cases, delays in delivery could occur due to:
